Environmental protection and sustainability are important to us in the operation of our vacation apartment. We have the privilege to live in the midst of rich nature, which is close to our hearts and which we want to preserve and maintain.
Especially close to our hearts is the local forest! Since this has suffered greatly in recent years, we have decided to invest one euro for each booking for reforestation measures and thereby support the Lower Saxony State Forests in their important work. The Landesforsten have started their own campaign for the reforestation of the local forest in which everyone can participate: www.klima-aktion-wald.de.
If you also decide to contribute a small voluntary contribution, you can do so by simply leaving your donation on the dining room table when you leave. This can be, for example, simply doubling our donation for your booking.
We will always donate at the end of the year by purchasing climate shares from the Landesforsten for the total amount. These climate shares guarantee the reforestation of climate-stable mixed forest. For every 10 € 3m² of forest will be planted and sustainably maintained.
We will then publish the exact amount of climate shares purchased at the end of the year on our website and on Instagram .
